Role Overview
We are looking for a Full Stack .NET Developer with 5-7 years of experience who can bring strong backend expertise in the Microsoft tech stack and preferred frontend experience with modern JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular. This role is for an analytical and proactive problem-solver who excels at debugging and is comfortable using AI tools to boost development efficiency. Experience with cloud services, particularly Azure or AWS, is a plus.

- Has successfully overcome complex technical or project-related challenges and can clearly articulate their approach.
- Has a stable career history, having stayed with previous companies for at least two years and demonstrated consistent growth, ownership, and reliability.
- Understands both the technical and business aspects of software delivery.
- Build and maintain scalable full-stack applications using .NET, C#, and SQL Server.
- Develop user interfaces with ASP.NET, MVC, React, or Angular.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate them with frontend frameworks.
- Debug complex issues across both frontend and backend layers of the application.
- Enhance development productivity by leveraging AI tools like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or other AI-based testing and generation tools.
- Write secure, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Work with cloud services (Azure/AWS) for deployment, configuration, and monitoring.
- Contribute to code reviews, technical discussions, and mentor junior team members.
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience in the .NET stack.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience building REST APIs and full-stack applications.
- Familiarity with modern development workflows, including Git and CI/CD.
