About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack PHP Developer with 3+ years of experience in developing scalable, responsive B2B web applications. The ideal candidate should be capable of owning the entire development cycle — from UI/UX design, backend development, database management, to A/B testing for feature optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop end-to-end web applications with clean, responsive UI
• Write robust backend code using PHP (Laravel/CodeIgniter preferred)
• Design and manage relational databases (MySQL) including performance tuning
• Conduct A/B testing to evaluate feature effectiveness and drive data-backed improvements
• Collaborate with product and design teams to improve user experience
• Ensure application scalability, security, and maintainability
• Work on B2B workflows and optimize for enterprise-grade performance

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack PHP development
• Strong command of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, and UI/UX best practices
• Familiarity with Laravel, CodeIgniter, or similar frameworks
• Proficient in MySQL, including schema design and complex queries
• Experience implementing and analyzing A/B testing experiments
• Prior exposure to B2B platforms and enterprise application development

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,684.30 - ₹65,670.20 per month
