Position Overview
We are looking for passionate Full Stack PHP – JavaScript Developers (with or without Laravel) to join our Enterprise Product Engineering Team. You will play a key role in designing, building, and evolving our next-generation business automation platforms across verticals such as CRM, ERP, Financial Accounting, Project Management, and E-Commerce.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, product leads) to build scalable software products.
- Design and develop robust backend features using Core PHP and/or Laravel.
- Build responsive, user-friendly frontends using JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, and Bootstrap.
- Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code in accordance with modern coding standards.
- Debug and optimize existing code for performance and reliability.
- Contribute to integration with customer systems and APIs.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment pipelines.
- Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous learning.
Who Can Apply
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in PHP-based web application development.
- Proficiency in Core PHP; knowledge of Laravel is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, AJAX, SQL, and Bootstrap.
- Solid understanding of relational databases and advanced SQL queries involving joins and aggregations.
- Exposure to responsive web design and basic application security principles.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Passion for high-quality software craftsmanship and clean architecture.
Preferred Educational Background
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Graduates in Physics, Statistics, Mathematics, Chemistry, or Electronics (Honours) with aptitude in programming are also encouraged to apply.
Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory)
- Knowledge of React.js, Vue.js, AngularJS, or Node.js.
- Experience preparing basic technical documentation or design specs.
