Job Title: Full Stack React Developer

Location: Bangalore

Work Mode: 5 Days Work from Office

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Full Stack React Developer to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable web applications using React on the frontend and [Node.js / Express / other] on the backend. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise, a good eye for user experience, and the ability to work across the entire web stack.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain responsive web applications using React and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Develop robust backend services, RESTful APIs (or GraphQL), and business logic using [Node.js, Express, or similar].
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to implement intuitive, high-quality user interfaces.
• Manage and optimize databases (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL).
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
• Conduct code reviews, write unit/integration tests, and participate in continuous integration and deployment.
• Debug issues across the full stack and ensure smooth performance.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in frontend/backend development, particularly within the React ecosystem.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer with strong proficiency in React.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with backend development using Node.js, Express, or similar frameworks.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and web services integration.
• Experience with Git and version control workflows (e.g., GitFlow).
• Familiarity with database technologies like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Understanding of security, authentication (e.g., JWT, OAuth), and performance optimization.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Next.js or server-side rendering (SSR).
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker.
• Experience deploying applications on AWS, Vercel, Netlify, or other cloud providers.
• Experience with testing libraries (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Mocha).
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹430,953.10 - ₹3,027,120.73 per year
