Full Stack Software Developer(Remote | Full Time)

Overview

We’re looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our growing team and help build scalable, high-performance web applications. You’ll work across the stack—designing intuitive front-end interfaces, building robust back-end systems, and writing Python scripts to support automation, integrations, and internal tooling.

Responsibilities inlcude:
Build and maintain modern, responsive web applications using React.js
Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js
Write Python scripts for automation, data processing, integrations, and internal tools
Design, optimize, and manage MongoDB databases
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and deliver features
Ensure application performance, security, and scalability
Debug, test, and maintain existing codebases

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong experience with React.js (hooks, state management, component architecture)
Solid backend development experience with Node.js (REST APIs, async programming)
Proficiency in Python, especially for scripting and backend utilities
Hands-on experience with MongoDB (schema design, indexing, performance optimization)
Good understanding of full stack architecture and data flow
Experience with Git and version control workflows
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Nice to Have:
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure)
Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines
Experience with authentication/authorization (JWT, OAuth)
Knowledge of testing frameworks and best practices
Startup or fast-paced product development experience
