We’re looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer who’s excited to craft next-gen digital experiences from the ground up. You’ll be joining a nimble product-engineering team focused on delivering high-performance, cloud-native web applications. The ideal candidate thrives in collaborative environments, takes ownership, and brings energy, curiosity, and deep coding chops.

What You'll Do

Own the Build: Design, implement, and maintain modern full-stack applications across the front and back end using ReactJS, NodeJS, Python, and NextJS.

Craft Clean APIs: Build secure, well-structured RESTful APIs and work closely with frontend components for seamless data integration.

Architect for Scale: Ensure performance, security, and scalability across the application lifecycle, from prototyping to production.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to turn ideas into elegant software.

Code with Excellence: Follow modern engineering best practices including testing, modularity, version control, and continuous integration.

Debug & Optimize: Triage issues across the stack and continuously optimize the codebase for reliability and performance.

Stay Ahead: Stay informed about emerging technologies and development trends, and bring fresh thinking into team discussions.

What You Bring

2–5 years of professional experience as a full-stack developer.

Advanced proficiency in Python for backend services and business logic.

Strong working knowledge of ReactJS for frontend development and NextJS for server-side rendering and modern web app architecture.

Hands-on experience with NodeJS and its runtime environment.

Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

Solid understanding of API design, user authentication, and web security fundamentals.

Comfortable using Git for version control and branching workflows.

Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or within teams.

Bonus Points For

Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps workflows.

Experience using GraphQL, Postman, or Swagger/OpenAPI.

Understanding of UI/UX best practices and ability to collaborate with design teams.

Exposure to agile development methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello.
