About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Full Stack Web Developer with expertise in React.js, Next.js, Headless CMS platforms, GitHub, and Vercel and other platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience building modern, scalable, SEO-friendly web applications and websites using contemporary frontend technologies and content management systems.

The candidate will also be expected to leverage AI-powered development tools and prompt engineering techniques to improve productivity, accelerate development cycles, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance code quality.

This role requires strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-performance digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities Web Application Development

• Develop and maintain modern web applications using React.js and Next.js.
• Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable frontend components.
• Create responsive and mobile-friendly user interfaces.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimal user experience.
• Implement SEO best practices and performance optimization techniques.

Headless CMS Integration

• Integrate and manage content using Headless CMS platforms.
• Design and maintain content models and schemas.
• Connect CMS content with frontend applications using APIs.
• Ensure efficient content workflows and content delivery.
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to support business requirements.

AI-Assisted Development & Prompt Engineering

• Utilize AI tools for code generation, debugging, documentation, testing, and development support.
• Create effective prompts to improve development efficiency and workflow automation.
• Evaluate, review, and optimize AI-generated outputs before implementation.
• Explore AI-powered solutions to enhance development processes and user experiences.
• Stay updated with emerging AI tools and best practices.

Version Control & Collaboration

• Manage source code repositories using Git and GitHub.
• Follow Git workflows, branching strategies, and pull request processes.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.
• Collaborate with designers, content teams, and stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.

Deployment & Hosting

• Deploy and maintain applications using Vercel.
• Configure environments, domains, and deployment pipelines.
• Monitor application performance and deployment health.
• Troubleshoot and resolve deployment-related issues.

Performance & Maintenance

• Optimize application performance, accessibility, and scalability.
• Monitor website health and address technical issues proactively.
• Perform regular updates, bug fixes, and feature enhancements.
• Maintain technical documentation and development best practices.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with React.js and Next.js.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web development.
• Experience with Git and GitHub version control.
• Experience deploying and managing applications using Vercel.
• Knowledge of REST API integration and data fetching techniques.
• Experience working with Headless CMS platforms such as wordpress;
• Understanding of SEO principles and website performance optimization.
• Experience using AI tools such as:
• ChatGPT
• GitHub Copilot
• Claude
• Gemini
• Ability to write effective prompts for development, debugging, content generation, and workflow automation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with TypeScript.
• Experience with Tailwind CSS or modern CSS frameworks.
• Basic understanding of Node.js and backend integrations.
• Familiarity with authentication and authorization systems.
• Experience with third-party API integrations.
• Understanding of modern web security best practices.
• Exposure to cloud platforms and modern deployment workflows.
