Full-Stack Web Developer

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Full-Stack Web Developer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our website. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end development with exposure to back-end development/lifecycle. A keen eye for design and a passion for creating user-friendly interfaces is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

UI/UX Development: 

• Design and implement intuitive, user-friendly interfaces using modern front-end technologies.
•  Ability to convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect web pages.

Backend Integration: 

• Collaborate with backend developers to ensure seamless integration of APIs and server-side logic.

SEO Optimization: 

• Apply best practices for SEO to enhance site visibility and performance.

Web Page Deployment: 

• Build, deploy, and maintain web pages with attention to performance and scalability.

Performance & Optimization: 

• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize the website for speed and scalability.

Hosting and Maintenance: 

• Manage hosting services, perform regular updates, and ensure site reliability and uptime.

Interactive Widget Development: 

• Create engaging, interactive widgets to enhance user experience.

Requirements:

• Experience with network call libraries (Retrofit, Volley, OkHttp).
• Strong Git skills.
• Proficient in managing metrics.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and tools.
• Experience optimizing websites for search engine visibility.
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Familiarity with API integration and server-side logic.
• Experience with web hosting platforms and domain management.
• Ability to create interactive widgets and web components.
• Experience in building responsive and mobile-friendly websites.



Good to Have:

• An eye for UI/UX design principles.
• Proven experience in building and deploying at least one fully functional website.
• Skills in managing and maintaining web services for performance and reliability.
• Understanding of asynchronous programming in web design.
• Knowledge of  Kotlin and Android development.
• Familiarity with caching mechanisms.
• Experience with push notifications.
• Ability to optimize app performance (minimizing memory usage, reducing CPU cycles, efficient data caching).
• Experience with deep linking.
