Job Description:

At Discover WebTech Pvt. Ltd., we're passionate about delivering innovative and impactful tech solutions. We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer with experience in React.js/Angular on the front-end and either Python (Django/Flask) or .NET (C#) on the back-end. You will be part of an onsite team in Indore, working on dynamic, scalable web applications and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Front-End Development: Build responsive, dynamic, and user-friendly interfaces using React.js or Angular.
• Back-End Development: Develop and maintain back-end systems with Python (Django/Flask) or .NET (C#).
• API Integration: Design and implement RESTful APIs to ensure seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems.
• Full Stack Development: Write clean, efficient, and scalable code across the entire application stack.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the development of user-focused solutions.
• Troubleshooting & Debugging: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve performance and security issues in applications.
• Code Quality: Follow best practices in software development, conduct code reviews, and ensure high code quality.

Requirements:

• 2.5+ years of experience in React.js or Angular and either Python (Django/Flask) or .NET (C#).
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS for front-end development.
• Solid experience with Python or .NET for back-end development.
• Experience working with REST APIs and relational/NoSQL databases (e.g., SQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with Git and version control best practices.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to reliably commute to Indore, or relocate (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Familiarity with Redux (for React) or RxJS (for Angular), and unit testing frameworks.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools (e.g., Docker).
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
