About the job:

We are seeking a focused, disciplined developer from Kerala (preferably Trivandrum or Kochi) for a full-time remote role on a long-term contract/freelancer basis.
The position involves game-related development, coding, and creative systems, along with occasional technical or digital tasks.

This is a stable, structured role ideal for someone who prefers deep work and minimal distraction. The fixed 6-hour workday also suits individuals who prioritize time for exercise, yoga, or continuous learning.

Work Schedule:

1. Fixed 6-hour workday, Monday to Friday
2. Same schedule every day (no flexible hours)
3. Occasional critical meetings outside regular hours
4. Culture focused on discipline, clarity, and consistent output

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on game development and technical projects using JavaScript, Unity, or Python.
2. Handle smaller automation tasks, coding improvements, and system enhancements.
3. Join daily or near-daily video meetings and provide clear progress updates.
4. Maintain clean, high-quality work including when using AI tools.
