Overview
GCP Data Engineer (BigQuery)
6+years of data related working experience in Financial Institute with special preference in banking.
High proficiency in SQL, Python, PostgreSQL and Cloud native data pipeline automation tooling, e.g. BigQuery
Knowledge of SAS coding will be an advantages
Project experience in designing & developing high-performance solution for handling extremely large volume data processing, storage and wrangling in real-time manner (BigQuery, PostgreSQL, Data Modeling & ETL development on GCP)
Good understanding of DevOps, DataOps or MLOps.
Technology stack provisioned in the team include:
DataProc + Python on Google Cloud
Airflow DAG for scheduling
Multiple databases including PostgreSQL, BigQuery, graph databases, etc.
