Job Title: GCP DevOps Engineer / Lead
Experience: 8–12 Years
Duration: 6 Months (Contract to Hire)
Location: Remote / Hybrid (Preferred: Bangalore, Noida, Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad)
Work Hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM IST (Flexibility for partial EST overlap required)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced GCP DevOps Engineer / Lead to take full ownership of our cloud infrastructure. This role requires hands-on expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Kubernetes, and DevOps practices. You will be expected to assess the existing setup, propose improvements, and lead initiatives in infrastructure automation, security, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate current GCP infrastructure and identify areas for optimization.
- Design and maintain secure, scalable GKE clusters and CI/CD pipelines.
- Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform.
- Collaborate across engineering teams to ensure DevOps best practices.
- Manage and improve observability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Drive security compliance and high availability architecture.
Mandatory Skills:
- GCP (IAM, GKE, Cloud Build, VPC, Cloud Functions)
- Kubernetes / GKE cluster management
- Docker, Jenkins, Terraform
- CI/CD pipeline ownership
- Azure DevOps integration
- Excellent communication & stakeholder coordination
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
