You will drive the development of innovative (Gen)AI solutions in close collaboration with our headquarter and the corresponding business analysts who will oversee our solution portfolio and manage customer interactions and requirements gathering. Job Description

In your new role you will:

In your new role you will work in the following key areas:

• Generative AI Application Development: Leverage existing foundation models and LLM services to develop & maintain AI-powered solutions such as RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) systems, agentic systems, and (Gen) AI-based solutions that create value for our internal customers in across functions such as R&D, marketing, finance, and more
• Technical Leadership: Drive technical excellence and innovation in GenAI implementations and be a role model for younger engineers to ensure best practices in LLM application development, prompt engineering, and AI solution deployment while staying updated with latest industry trends in Generative AI.
• Project Management: Drive development and implementation of Generative AI use cases, ensuring they are delivered on time, with high quality and within budget, by effectively managing project timelines and interdependencies with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Technical Solution Ownership: Take technical ownership of your developed (Gen)AI applications, ensuring they meet organizational goals and user requirements. Drive the sustaining functionality of your solutions according to customer needs and continuously improve user experience, accuracy, and performance of AI-powered systems.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as main point of contact for your (Gen)AI solutions and serve as technical counterpart for colleagues and stakeholders, effectively communicating project progress, challenges, and achievements to management while managing expectations around AI capabilities.
• Customer-Centric Innovation: Identify opportunities for new (Generative) AI applications and enhancements that address specific business challenges, while proactively engaging in suggesting and implementing (Gen)AI solutions that directly address customer needs and add measurable value.

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least one year of relevant work experience in data science roles with focus on Generative AI applications or LLM-based solution development.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI technologies, Large Language Models, RAG architectures, prompt engineering, and application development using existing foundation models (e.g., GPT, Claude, LLaMA).
• Proficiency in Python and GenAI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex), with additional knowledge of cloud platforms and enterprise AI services (e.g., Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock) being a strong plus.
• Experience with vector databases, embedding models, and semantic search technologies for building retrieval-augmented generation systems.
• Proficiency in DevOps/MLOps including relevant methods and tools for AI application deployment (e.g., Git, CI/CD, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with enterprise cloud infrastructure and data integration tools for GenAI applications (e.g., Azure, AWS, data pipelines, API management).
• Experience in project management with the ability to take ownership of GenAI implementation projects and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders at all levels, including ability to explain AI capabilities and limitations.
• Analytical, problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate and resolve challenges in implementing AI solutions within a large, dynamic and complex enterprise environment.
• Passionate for Generative AI technologies and entrepreneurial spirit in running technical pilots to shape future AI-powered business solutions
