We are currently seeking a self-driven Global Business Analyst with a passion for procure to pay to join the Global Procure to Pay Tower organization.


The Global Business Analyst will gather and analyze data to guide decision making and improve performance. The role is accountable for working with our global workstream leaders and program leadership to provide data and reports.


The ideal candidate will be able to gather and turn data into usable reports that will support business decisions. This role will report to the Global P2P Tower Leader. This position will be based in Bangalore, India.


What will you do:

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Collect and analyze data throughout the end-to-end procure-to-pay process, inclusive of supply chain, procurement, and finance data
  • Generate accurate reports and provide granular insights into procurement processes that will translate into actions for the project management team or the business operations, across supply chain, procurement and finance
  • Create graphical reports detailing accruals, total spend, contracts, and vendor management
  • Establish partnership with key business stakeholders, project managers and key regional leaders to identify analysis, data gathering, and reporting requirements and execute per request.
  • Present analytical findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements

Process Optimization:

  • Identify inefficiencies, risks, and trends in the P2P process
  • Recommend improvements to streamline existing business processes
  • Monitor and administer master data for Procurement and Travel to maintain optimal operational efficiency
  • Forward thinking by leveraging business and process knowledge to anticipate key business opportunities and proactively share with key program team members and regional leaders to influence the priorities.

System Management

  • Identify areas of current and potential concern for further process optimization
  • Utilize analytics tools to derive insights and support decision-making
  • Work jointly with the Supply Chain and Finance digital teams to identify use cases for RPA and AI across P2P that would generate efficiency, transparency and touchless end to end buying.
  • Build regional KPI dashboard and efficient reporting for various business users, simplifying how we consume data today, and driving delight within our users across supply chain and finance. Example to include P2P Health scorecard for top critical suppliers, enabling ease of tracking across the P2P process where opportunities need to be addressed and collaborating with the right business owners to secure proper action plans.

What will help you to be successful in this role:

  • Strong English communication skills, written and oral
  • Data analysis, trend analysis, insight gathering experience and expertise
  • Excel (VBA), SQL, Python, Tableau (Design), dashboard design expertise
  • Stakeholder management and cross functional engagement
  • 5+ years of procurement domain experience, preferred procurement operations, procure to pay
  • Proven experience digesting complex information and present it in a simple way
  • Ability to gather business requirements, perform analysis and formulate into executive communication
  • Excellent PowerPoint and presentation development skills
  • Self-driven / motivated individual, positive, proactive and takes the initiative to get things done
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business in related field (i.e. Project Management / Engineering, Supply Chain Management, finance, data science, or other related field of study)
  • Ability to prioritize & work on short deadlines
