A leading fintech innovator is seeking a skilled Golang Backend Developer (Mid-Senior Level) for its Mumbai-based team. This is a unique on-site opportunity to develop and optimize mission-critical platforms powering trading, broking, and treasury operations in a fast-paced environment.
Your Impact:

Lead backend development in Golang, designing scalable and high-performance systems

Architect microservices, real-time APIs, and backend-for-frontend solutions supporting trading and analytics

Apply low-level design patterns and solve complex infrastructure challenges

Manage databases (Redis, PostgreSQL, Cassandra) and implement real-time data processing (Kafka, Pinot, Druid)

Integrate rules engines and third-party APIs for secure, robust functionality

Champion best practices in code reviews, system monitoring, and DevOps (Docker, Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana)

Collaborate closely across teams and help shape the next generation of digital fintech products
Who You Are:

5–7 years’ backend development experience with strong Golang expertise

Solid understanding of design patterns, system architecture, and scalable solutions

Hands-on with databases, real-time analytics, API integrations

Familiarity with monitoring, deployment tools, and cloud platforms

Problem-solver with a passion for product innovation

Must be able to work on-site in Mumbai (no remote)
