Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Golang Developer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in building scalable backend systems using Go, experience in developing REST and GraphQL APIs, and proficiency with database ORM tools like GORM. Experience with 6+ years in Golang and similar cloud-native platforms is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using Go.
• Build and expose RESTful and GraphQL APIs to support frontend and third-party integrations.
• Integrate with SQL databases using GORM or equivalent ORM frameworks.
• Collaborate with DevOps to containerize and deploy applications on OpenShift or similar platforms.
• Write clean, testable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and Agile development processes.
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot production issues as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Golang and concurrent programming.
• Must have experience with team handeling.
• Solid understanding and experience with REST API and GraphQL API development.
• Proficient in working with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) using GORM or similar ORM tools.
• Familiarity with authentication/authorization, caching, and rate limiting patterns.
• Experience with containerization tools like Docker.
• Good knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows.

Education

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
