Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer with strong expertise in Golang and working knowledge of Python. You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for building high-performing, scalable backend services and APIs. If you enjoy writing clean code, solving complex problems, and working in an agile environment, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems using Golang and Python
• Build RESTful APIs and scalable microservices
• Optimize backend systems for performance, security, and scalability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, DevOps, and product managers
• Ensure code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews
• Participate in technical discussions, architecture planning, and sprint reviews

Required Skills:

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in backend development
• Strong hands-on expertise in Golang
• Working knowledge of Python
• Proficient with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with OpenSearch or Elasticsearch
• Good understanding of software development best practices and design patterns

Good to Have (Bonus Skills):

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with AWS or other cloud environments
• Knowledge of messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ
• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools and logging frameworks
• Agile methodology experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
