Overview

Job Title: Guidewire Developer / Tester / Business Analyst

We have multiple openings for professionals with experience in Guidewire. If you have experience as a developer, tester, or business analyst (BA) with Guidewire, we encourage you to apply. Guidewire expertise is required, and GT Framework and PNC experience is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.
• Analyze business processes and translate requirements into Guidewire functional specifications and/or story cards for PolicyCenter configuration.
• Provide thought leadership and solutions that align with out-of-the-box (OOTB) best practices. Conduct product gap analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Personal Property, Auto, and Umbrella lines of business.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure successful implementation of PolicyCenter solutions.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and facilitate training sessions for end-users.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in insurance and Guidewire platforms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on the Guidewire platform with extensive hands-on experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter implementation.
• 10+ years of experience in insurance projects.
• Strong understanding of Personal Property, Personal Auto, or Personal Umbrella lines of business.
• Proven track record of leading successful PolicyCenter implementations from inception to post-production support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Guidewire Cloud certification(s) preferred.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From ₹600.00 per hour
