As a business application consulting generalist at PwC, you will provide consulting services for a wide range of business applications. You will leverage a broad understanding of various software solutions to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support.

Roles & Responsibilities
Total Experience – 9 to 12 years
- Minimum of 6+ years experience facilitating Agile teams and transformation initiatives.
- Lead and mentor multiple Scrum teams to high performance.
- Promote Agile practices beyond teams with portfolio and program-level integration.
- Manage and resolve complex impediments and organizational blockers.
- Drive Agile maturity assessments and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure alignment of priorities.
- Develop and execute Agile coaching strategies across the organization.
- Oversee Agile metrics, reporting and governance.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Delegate tasks effectively and coach teams to achieve desired outcomes.
- Gain a deep understanding of the client's business operations and market dynamics to better align team efforts with client objectives.
- Proven experience leading Agile transformations and mentoring Scrum Masters.
- Expertise in Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or other Agile frameworks.
- Strong leadership, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Agile project management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, Rally).
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent teams.
- Strong knowledge of Agile metrics and continuous improvement processes.
- Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in scaled agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus).
- Agile coaching certification.
- AgilePM certification.
- Familiarity with risk management and change management.
- Experience in client management and large teams.
- Certification preparation experience.
- SAFe Agilist
