Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications using modern technologies
- Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other developers to translate requirements into robust solutions
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security across both front-end and back-end layers
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices
- Lead and mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth and skill development
- Integrate third-party APIs and services into web applications
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design principles
- Participate in Agile development cycles and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js
- Expertise in Node.js, Python, Java, or other server-side languages
- Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS, and responsive design
- Solid experience with relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and test-driven development
- Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
