Job Description:

We are looking for motivated and technically sound L1 IT Engineers to support IT infrastructure operations at our client’s warehouse location. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with 1–2 years of experience in IT support who are eager to work in a dynamic environment and grow their skills in hardware and networking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide basic IT support related to hardware and networking on-site
• Execute tasks as per client-defined standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Troubleshoot and resolve end-user IT issues efficiently
• Assist in hardware installation, configuration, and maintenance
• Maintain documentation of IT assets and issue logs
• Collaborate with senior engineers and follow escalation protocols as needed • Ensure timely and effective communication with the client’s IT team

Qualifications:

Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields Experience: 1–2 years of experience in L1 support roles or IT helpdesk
Skills:

• Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking

• Ability to diagnose and resolve common technical issues
• Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
• Ability to follow SOPs and maintain attention to detail
• Willingness to work on-site full-time at a warehouse location in Bhiwandi
