Hardware Network Engineer position, focusing on Wi-Fi, RTSP/RTMP, and video conferencing network expertise:

Hardware Network Engineer

- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in hardware networking

- Specialized Skills: Wi-Fi, RTSP, RTMP, and video conferencing networks

- Software Knowledge: Experience with network management & video streaming software

- Work Mode: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Design, deploy, and manage Wi-Fi networks for high-speed connectivity

✅ Configure and optimize RTSP/RTMP streaming protocols for live video transmission

✅ Set up and troubleshoot video conferencing networks and related hardware

✅ Manage and maintain network security & infrastructure stability

✅ Collaborate with IT teams on network performance & scalability improvements

Ideal Candidate:

- Strong knowledge of wireless networking & streaming protocols

- Hands-on experience with video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Teams, WebRTC, etc.)

- Proficiency in network configuration tools & diagnostic software

- Ability to optimize network bandwidth for high-quality video streaming

- Familiarity with firewalls, VPNs, and cybersecurity best practices
