Overview
Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues for end-users.
Installation and Configuration: Installing, configuring, and upgrading operating systems, software applications, and hardware components.
Technical Support: Providing remote and on-site support to users via phone, email, or in-person.
Documentation: Maintaining records of support requests, solutions, and system configurations in a ticketing system.
Hardware and Software Maintenance: Ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of hardware and software, including updates and security patches. Inventory Management:Managing technology inventory and placing orders for new equipment as needed.
Collaboration:Working with other IT teams and vendors to resolve issues and implement solutions. Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS), software applications, hardware components, and networking principles.
Troubleshooting Skills: Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with users and other team members.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Customer Service Skills: Ability to provide excellent customer service and support. Patience and Adaptability: Ability to remain calm and patient while assisting users with technical issues. Education: A bachelor's degree
Technical: Computer Hardware and Networking Course
Relevant Experience: Minimum 2 Yr.
