Hardware Test Engineer
Job Introduction:
As an experienced Hardware test Engineer, you will be involved in the electronics design & development and requirements engineering of the traction inverter for electric vehicles.
Major Responsibilities:
Hardware design and development
Understanding and selection of HW components like MOSFETs, gate drivers ICs, sensors, filters etc.
Experience of handling high voltage instruments, and electronics hardware testing in lab, board testing, board bring up etc.
Understanding of circuit simulation tools e.g. LTSPice
Experience in using basic test equipment like Oscilloscopes, Power meters, electronic loads etc.
Hands on experience in creating schematics in Altium or similar software.
Good to have knowledge of PCB design reviews, component engineering for BOM management.
Knowledge and Education:
Bachelors in Electronics/Electrical engineering or equivalent from reputed university/institution.
Work Experience:
2 to 5 years of experience in Hardware testing or relevant job experience.
Skills and Competencies:
Experience in understanding hardware requirement engineering process.
Manages communication and alignment with all affected stakeholders.
Very good written and spoken English skills.
