Seeking a visionary and hands-on Head of AI Cybersecurity to lead the end-to-end security of AI/ML systems. This role will drive strategy, implement secure architectures, lead threat modeling and red teaming, and ensure AI systems are resilient, privacy-preserving, and compliant with global standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Own AI cybersecurity strategy and build the AI security function

Lead secure ML lifecycle practices, threat modeling, and red teaming

Collaborate with engineering and research teams on secure model development

Implement privacy-preserving techniques, audits, and incident response

Define policies and lead external trust-building initiatives

Stay current with AI security research and evolving threats
Qualifications:

8+ years in cybersecurity, including 3+ in AI/ML security or adversarial ML

Strong grasp of AI risks and defense strategies

Experience with IBM ART, CleverHans, PrivacyRaven, etc.

Familiarity with NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, OWASP Top 10 for LLMs

Proven leadership and effective communication across teams
Preferred:

Experience with cloud ML security (AWS, GCP, Azure)

Red teaming experience is mandatory

Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (GDPR, EU AI Act)
