Job Title: Healthcare Technical Lead
Location: Delhi
Reports To: Regional Head / Program Manager
Department: Skill Development – Healthcare Sector
Job Summary:
The Healthcare Technical Lead is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the technical excellence of training delivery in the healthcare sector. The role includes curriculum development, trainer selection and development, industry engagement, quality assurance, and ensuring lab and infra standards across centres. The candidate should be a subject matter expert and committed to driving training outcomes in alignment with industry and project standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sector Development
- Research competitor models and technology usage in training (offline/online).
- Develop new, industry-relevant content and program frameworks (short-term and long-term) for B2B and B2C segments.
- Partner with knowledge and industry bodies for program enrichment.
2. Content Creation & Customization
- Design session plans as per mandate duration.
- Create content, EGA, internal assessments, and domain posters.
- Review and update existing content periodically.
3. SSC Coordination
- Liaise with Sector Skill Councils for:
- Relationship management
- Project allocations (Fresh/RPL)
- ToT scheduling and certification
4. Industry/Employer Partnerships
- Map employer requirements to training labs.
- Set up and manage Centers of Excellence (COEs).
- Maintain regular communication with industry partners.
5. Trainer Development
A. Selection
- Prepare selection tools and evaluate trainers as per guidelines.
- Maintain trainer resume database and selection reports.
B. Induction & Orientation
- Schedule and deliver domain inductions covering tools, assessments, and methodology.
C. Internal & SSC ToTs
- Develop content and calendar for ToTs and refreshers.
- Ensure trainer readiness for SSC ToTs.
D. Assessments & Interactions
- Conduct bi-annual trainer evaluations and develop remediation plans.
- Organize regular interaction and feedback sessions with trainers.
E. Performance Management
- Grade trainers based on outcomes.
- Develop improvement plans and identify Master Trainers.
6. Lab Setup & Infrastructure
- Guide lab setup including equipment, branding, layout, and consumables.
- Inspect labs physically and maintain lab equipment database.
7. Training Quality Monitoring
- Conduct governance calls and trainer audits to monitor session plans, assessments, EGA compliance, and content availability.
- Plan corrective actions for training gaps.
8. Institute Visits & Evaluation
· Plan and document monthly visits.
· Observe sessions, grade trainers and institutes, and recommend improvements.
9. Direct Training (as required)
- Step in to conduct training when needed (online/offline).
- Deliver lectures during institute visits or staff shortages.
10. Training Outcomes
- Ensure batch KPIs:
- 90% pass percentage
- 90% attendance
- Max 3% drop-out rate
Qualifications & Experience:
- GNM/ Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Healthcare/Allied Sciences or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in vocational training, curriculum design, or trainer development in the healthcare sector.
- Familiarity with SSCs and government skilling mandates preferred.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
