What is in it for you?

As a Technical Lead/Technical Specialist – Java Full Stack, you will be a part of an Agile team to design and build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.

Responsibilities: -

• Develop and maintain web applications using Java 9+ for the backend and Angular 12+ or ReactJS Front end.
• Develop server-side logic using Java frameworks such as Spring Boot.
• Design and implement Microservices architecture to ensure modularity and scalability.
• Integrate data storage solutions, including databases such as MySQL, PL/SQL or MongoDB.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Lead the development team and provide technical guidance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and release new features.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and manage Cloud deployments (Azure/AWS).

• 5 – 11 years

Educational Qualifications: -

• Engineering Degree – BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
• Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.

Skills: -

Mandatory Skills: -

• Proficiency in Java programming language (Java 9+)
• Experience in Spring Boot for building Microservices
• Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular 12+ or ReactJS
• Knowledge of SQL databases (e.g.: MySQL, PostgreSQL), Any NoSQL(MongoDB, Cassandra) knowledge will be an advantage
• Experience in Microservices Architecture implementation and design patterns (MVC, MVVM)
• Hands on experience with RESTful APIs and web services
• Experience in manual testing, ability to write test cases and test plan
• Knowledge of automated testing frameworks (e.g.: JUnit, Selenium) will be added advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Good to Have : -

• Familiarity with any Cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Proficiency in Git and version control systems
