What is in it for you?

As a Technical Lead – Python, you will be a part of an Agile team to design and build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.

Responsibilities: -

• Lead the development and implementation of innovative healthcare solutions, leverage advanced AI/ML technologies to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Develop and deploy Python-based applications and AI/ML models.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify technical requirements and propose solutions that meet business objectives.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensure best practices and coding standards are followed.
• Enable code reviews, performance optimization, and troubleshooting to maintain system quality and stability.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI/ML and healthcare technologies to drive innovation within the team.

• 5 - 10 Years

Location: -

• Chennai

Educational Qualifications: -

• Engineering Degree – BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
• Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.

Skills: -

Mandatory Technical Skills: -

• Proficiency in Python programming with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming
• Familiarity with Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying AI/ML solutions
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design efficient, reusable code
• Experience in databases such as Postgres, or MySQL DB
• Experience in healthcare data standards and regulations (e.g.: HIPAA, HL7, FHIR)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Good to Have Skills: -

• Experience in Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI
• Proficient in using the Apache Airflow workflow management platform and knowledgeable in AI/ML frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn, as well as MLOps methodologies.
