Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Hospital System Support IT Specialist to join our healthcare team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of hospital information systems, including software applications and hardware critical to patient care and hospital management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line support for hospital software applications, such as Electronic Health Records (EHR), Laboratory Information Systems (LIS), and billing systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues reported by end-users efficiently and effectively.
• Assist with implementation, upgrades, and maintenance of hospital software systems.
• Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements or changes when necessary.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to understand their software requirements and deliver appropriate solutions.
• Work closely with IT team members to ensure seamless integration and support across systems.
• Maintain accurate records of support requests, issue resolutions, and relevant documentation.
• Generate reports on software usage patterns and support metrics.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and relevant regulatory requirements in all software operations.
• Assist in maintaining the security and confidentiality of sensitive patient data.
