Job DescriptionHR Analyst
This position acts as HR POC and owner of HR reports in PowerBI (develops and maintains). Is a point of contact for HR Analytics Leader and assigned function (HRDs + HRBPS). Helps with Ad-hoc HR Data requests, supports monthly HR analysis, works with other HR Analysts to deliver complex analysis to business leaders.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact and provide support to the HR Analytics Leader, acting as a subject matter expert for the assigned function (Integrated Supply Chain).
Note: The specific function supported may change over time
- Team player closely cooperating with other team members to deliver results
- Supporting monthly reports and analysis, updating monthly deck for LT review.
- Ownership of all HR dashboards in PowerBI
- Understands all HR metrics to support HR Analytics globally throughout all functions
- Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business
- Develop procedures, guidelines and documentation related to HR Analytics as required
- Min Bachelor’s degree
- Min 3 years working in a HRIS Analyst, Data Analyst, and/or Reporting Analyst function
- Excellent analytical skills, ability to create detailed spreadsheets, charts, PPs
- In-depth knowledge of Excel (daily use), ability to work with different data sources and combine them together to build an analysis which delivers clear message and understanding to leaders (Macros, V Lookup, Pivot table & Charts, Mathematical, all functions)
- Preferred hands-on experience with HCM systems (Oracle fusion preferred)
- Power BI – reports development
- Be proactive and able to manage multiple requests to meet deadlines
- Time Flexibility to support global footprint if necessary
- Ability to solve problems creatively and proactively
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of communicating with individuals at all levels from various backgrounds
- Very good written & spoken communication skills in English
