Calibration Brief – Hybrid Cloud Architecture (Private Cloud/On Prem, Public Cloud), VMware / Microsoft Azure / Azure Local, Architecture Experience, Landing zones on Azure / AWS Cloud, Kubernetes and Devops (Professional Services)

Core Focus Areas· Solution Architecture focused on Hybrid Cloud.· Strong experience in Hybrid Cloud(Private Cloud (on-premises) and Public Cloud)nding Zones on Azure/AWS Cloud, Kubernetes, Devops and VMware / Microsoft Azure / Azure Local.· Slightly less experience into Public Cloud is also considerable. · Profiles from Broadcom, Dell and Microsoft would be suitable fit to look for.· Hands-on creation, deployment, and end-to-end architectural ownership (Professional Services Experience)

Findings & Clarifications Candidates with strong VMware / Microsoft Azure / Azure Local either of the one experience and Hybrid Cloud experience, Landing zones on Azure / AWS Cloud, Kubernetes and Devops are idealCandidates who’ve architected and built end-to-end stacksCalibration agreement: Prioritize architecture depth in on-prem infrastructureIf someone can understand on-prem really well, cloud won’t be a big challenge, provided they have worked on both areas and there is no blocker in the candidate’s mind.Avoid candidates who have a habit of saying that some other teams are responsible for execution. This is a strict “No No”. Need folks from the execution team.Less Level of experienced candidates can also be considered if they match the JD perfectly.Give the highest preference for candidates coming from Microsoft, Dell and Broadcom.

Pay: ₹5,000,000.00 - ₹9,000,000.00 per year
