As a business application consulting generalist at PwC, you will provide consulting services for a wide range of business applications. You will leverage a broad understanding of various software solutions to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support.

Job Description & Summary:- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile initiatives across large-scale programs and portfolios within a multi-vendor ecosystem. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, deep domain expertise in Asset Management, Wealth Management, and Payments, and a proven track record of driving Agile transformations.
Responsibilities:
· Agile Leadership: Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Scrum and SAFe frameworks. Drive Agile best practices across teams and stakeholders. · Program & Portfolio Management: Manage large-scale programs and portfolios, ensuring alignment with business goals and seamless coordination across vendors. · Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets. Define clear objectives and deliverables. · Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with CXO-level stakeholders, prepare detailed performance reports, and contribute to strategic investment decisions. · Agile Transformation: Design and implement Agile Transformation roadmaps. Facilitate Agile Center of Excellence (CoE) initiatives. · Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new IT systems. · Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation including project plans, status reports, and post-implementation reviews. ·
Mandatory skill sets:
· Domain Expertise: MUST have Hands-on experience in Asset Management, Wealth Management, and Payments domains related to BFSI sector. · Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and SDLC. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies. · Consulting Mindset: Strategic thinker with strong consulting skills and the ability to influence and drive change. · Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to think outside the box and present ideas effectively. · Leadership: Proven leadership qualities with the ability to inspire teams and foster collaboration.
Preferred skill sets:
4+ years working as a Scrum Master transitioning teams from Waterfall to Agile SDLC managing complex programs in a multi-vendor setup.
