Job Description & Summary: We are looking for a seasoned Scrum Master

Responsibilities:

· Deep knowledge and experience with agile ways of working · Mandatory, Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP) or Professional Scrum Master · Good to have agile delivery experience with Microsoft products (e.g. Dynamics) and data transformation would be helpful · Individual skills · Confident and skilled at identifying and navigating through roadblocks / impediments · Unafraid to “go to bat” for the team · Takes ownership of POD and ensure timely and quality deliverables are released aligned to the stakeholder expectations · Communicates openly and effectively, resolving and managing conflicts while maintaining a positive environment. · Demonstrates leadership traits such as integrity, emotional intelligence, and the ability to adapt to change. · Inspires and motivates others, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment. · Exhibits creative problem-solving skills, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation · Strong collaborator, ensuring key stakeholder are covered and there is continuous progress being made towards sprint goal and group OKRs · Risk Management, facilitates risks identification, mitigation and monitoring · Adaptable to change, active listener, open for new ideas by ensuring all the point of views are heard and avoid becoming fixated on a single approach · Mindset & Behaviors · Promotes self-organization, empowerment, innovative thinking and self-development · High-energy and passionate outlook, with an ability to influence those around them · Passion for innovation and a “can do” attitude · Believes in a non-hierarchical culture of collaboration, transparency, and trust across the team · Embraces continuous learning
