Job Description & Summary: A career within Data and Analytics services will provide you with the opportunity to help organizations uncover enterprise insights and drive business results using smarter data analytics. Responsibilities:
Agile & Scrum Leadership · Act as Lead Scrum Master for multiple agile teams across programs. · Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and teams on Agile, Scrum, and SAFe/Scaled Agile practices. · Facilitate key ceremonies (PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives). · Remove impediments and manage cross-team dependencies. · Drive agile maturity and continuous improvement across the organization. PMO & Program Governance · Establish and manage PMO frameworks, standards, and best practices. · Oversee program and project planning, execution, and delivery tracking. · Define governance models, escalation paths, and risk management processes. · Ensure alignment between strategic objectives, roadmaps, and execution. · Manage program budgets, timelines, and resource allocation. Stakeholder & Leadership Management · Partner with senior leadership to translate business strategy into execution plans. · Provide executive-level reporting on delivery status, risks, and KPIs. · Act as a trusted advisor to business, technology, and delivery leaders. · Manage external vendors and delivery partners when required. Metrics, Reporting & Tools · Define and track agile and PMO metrics (velocity, predictability, burn-down, OKRs, milestones). · Drive data-driven decision-making using dashboards and reports. · Ensure effective use of tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Clarity, Azure DevOps.
People & Change Leadership · Lead, mentor, and develop Scrum Masters and PMO team members. · Drive change management and adoption of agile ways of working. · Build a high-performance, accountability-driven delivery culture.
Mandatory skill sets:
· Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and teams on Agile, Scrum, and SAFe/Scaled Agile practices. · Facilitate key ceremonies (PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
Preferred skill sets:
