Key Responsibilities

• Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Testing of Data Integration solutions as per the business needs
• Manage inflow and outflow data from Veeva CRM System.
• Work on Enhancement, Changes and Support activities as part of Veeva System
• Communicate and Monitor jobs on Production related to incidents and requests for existing Interfaces
• Perform the Ad-hoc data loads, other data provider loads
• Support data load activities for each POA cycle
• Help and collaborate with the team in technical and functional areas
• Ensure code is built with high quality and within stipulated timelines
  
  

• Understand the business requirements from the stakeholders and convert them to technical design
• Work on Integration Management tasks, such as major realignments, POA loads, data provider changes and ad-hoc data loads.
• Co-ordinate with stakeholders, end users as well as different vendors on production incidents, requests and new requirements
  
  

• Ensure change management process is followed
• Ensure incident and request management is followed
• Be part of scoping Interface releases
• Ensure code is built in a way that is flexible, scalable and easy to turnaround with new changes/enhancements
• Ensure GxP compliance is maintained for Sample Management in Veeva CRM
  
  

• Build and implement the reusable ETL and PL/SQL code for inbound and outbound integration processes
• Support local affiliates and Business Area Managers regarding Data Provider issues and help with troubleshooting complex and critical data related issues
• Provide production support, analyse bug fixes and handle enhancements of the existing functionalities in the application as per the requirements and the specifications provided by system owner
• Work related to Realignments, call plan, Territory management, POA loads, Customer and Account merges, Ad-hoc data loads etc
• Monitor and troubleshooting ETL jobs
• Build an application network using MuleSoft API-led connectivity and Anypoint Platform.
• Use Anypoint Platform to discover, consume, design, build, deploy, manage, and govern APIs.
• Connect to databases, files, web services, SaaS applications, JMS queues, and more.
• Add application logic, handle errors, and transform data using DataWeave.
• Structure applications to facilitate development and deployment.
• Handle batch data processing.
• Work on Change Requests related to Data Management as needed
• Deliver ad hoc system changes following change management SOP
• Support system releases for both technical and documentation deliverables
• Ensure high data quality is maintained post build and migration
• Ensure data quality for Ad-hoc data loads and POA loads
• Support system releases for both technical and documentation deliverables
