Job Description
The IT Executive is responsible for supporting and maintaining hospital IT systems, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, and network infrastructure to support clinical and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide IT support for hospital staff and departments
- Maintain computers, printers, and network connectivity
- Support HIS, EMR, and hospital software applications
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues
- Ensure data security and system uptime
- Graduate / Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience in hospital IT support preferred
- Knowledge of HIS, networking, and basic troubleshooting
