Job Summary

You will be responsible for leading development efforts, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring code quality and architecture standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications with a focus on performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure best coding practices, code reviews, and unit testing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and production issues.
- Mentor and guide junior developers.
- Participate in architectural and design discussions.
- Stay up to date with new technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
- Strong proficiency in Core Java, Java 8+, and Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security)
- Experience with RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture, and JSON/XML
- Proficient in JPA/Hibernate, JDBC, and SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle)
- Exposure to CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, Docker
- Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a plus
- Working knowledge of frontend integration (Angular/React) is an added advantage
