Intern - Software Tester

Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Software Tester Intern to join our QA team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in software testing, quality assurance, and project lifecycle understanding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in testing web and mobile applications
• Prepare and execute test cases based on project requirements
• Report bugs and issues clearly with proper documentation
• Collaborate with developers and project managers to ensure product quality
• Perform regression testing and re-validation of fixed bugs
• Learn and use tools for test case management and defect tracking
• Support the QA team in day-to-day activities and documentation

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Basic understanding of software testing concepts, SDLC, and bug reporting
• Familiarity with web applications and browser-based testing
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
