Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to join our team. As an entry-level analyst, you will work alongside experienced Business Analysts, Project Managers, and Development Teams to support the analysis, documentation, and implementation of business solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate who is eager to learn about business processes, systems, and client collaboration in a real-world environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and documenting business and system requirements from stakeholders.
• Participate in workshops and meetings to understand client needs and business goals.
• Create and maintain basic documentation such as Business Requirement Documents (BRD), flowcharts, and use cases under guidance.
• Support the creation of mock-up screens and process flows to visualize business solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Development, QA, and Project Management) to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Learn to perform gap analysis between current and proposed systems or processes.
• Assist in tracking project progress and maintaining status reports.
• Help in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) activities by coordinating with users and capturing feedback.
• Learn and apply basic tools such as MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio in business documentation.
• Be open to learning new tools, technologies, and methodologies in a fast-paced environment.
  
  

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn business analysis tools, techniques, and documentation standards.
• Familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of Visio is a plus.
• A team player with a proactive attitude and eagerness to grow.
• Internship or academic project experience in business analysis or IT domain is a plus.
