iOS Developer - Swift / Objective - C

Overview

• Design, develop, and maintain iOS applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Help maintain code quality, organisation, and automation.
• Develop and maintain high-performance iOS applications.
• Work with Swift and SwiftUI to build seamless user experiences.
• Implement multithreading and optimise app performance.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend developers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to improve application stability.
  
  

• Experience in refactoring existing code base and understanding existing implementations.
• Should have worked on iOS Frameworks, or have an idea of how the framework works with dynamic modules.
• A good understanding of access modifiers, Multithreading, and asynchronous code.
• Understanding of iOS app lifecycle, design principles, and best practices.
• Deep linking.
• Worked on analytics and how to trigger and record events.
• Good understanding of crash logs and how to debug them.
• Expertise in iOS SDK.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in iOS development.
• Proficient in Swift and Objective-C programming languages.
• Experience with iOS frameworks such as UIKit, Core Data, Core Animation, etc.
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services.
• Experience with iOS app deployment process, including App Store submissions and provisioning profiles.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of React-native/Flutter/Cordova is an advantage.
• Any side projects on GitHub are a plus.
• Knowledge of Maven/Cocoapods deployment.
• Knowledge on behavioral changes in upcoming iOS versions is a plus.
