Job Summary:

• As an iOS Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining iOS applications for our customers. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create seamless, high-performance apps while ensuring a smooth user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

App Development:

• Design, develop, and deploy iOS applications using Swift (or Objective-C if applicable).
• Build efficient, reusable, and reliable code that adheres to coding standards.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

Collaboration:

• Work with product managers, designers, and other developers to define, design, and ship new features.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and databases into the iOS applications.
• Participate in the full mobile app lifecycle, from concept through to delivery and post-launch support.

Testing & Debugging:

• Write unit tests to ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Perform code reviews and provide feedback to team members.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across devices and environments.

UI/UX Optimization:

• Ensure applications are visually appealing and function smoothly across various iOS devices.
• Work closely with designers to implement UI/UX elements that align with design specifications.

Continuous Learning:

• Stay up to date with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in iOS development.
• Ensure app performance and security best practices are adhered to at all times.

Documentation:

• Write and maintain technical documentation for all development work.
• Contribute to the improvement of internal processes and tools.

Skills & Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong proficiency in Swift, with knowledge of Objective-C being a plus.
• Proven experience in iOS app development with a portfolio or past work to showcase.
• Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, Core Graphics, and Core Location.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs to connect iOS apps to backend services.
• Proficiency in using Xcode, Git, and other development tools.
• Familiarity with app deployment through the App Store, including app review guidelines and requirements.
• Experience with UI/UX design principles and how to create intuitive, beautiful, and user-friendly apps.

Preferred:

• Experience with SwiftUI or Combine framework.
• Familiarity with third-party libraries and APIs.
• Knowledge of Cloud services (e.g., Firebase, AWS).
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, Fastlane, etc.
• Experience in unit testing and integration testing (e.g., XCTest, XCUITest).
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
