3. Provide technical support to employees for any IT-related issues they may encounter.

5. Troubleshoot and resolve any IT issues that arise in a timely manner.
6. Utilise JavaScript and HTML to enhance the user experience on our website.
7. Stay up-to-date on the latest IT trends and technologies to continuously improve our systems.
