About the job:

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage and maintain system modules to ensure smooth functioning.
2. Provide user training and ongoing support for system modules.
3. Handle basic data import/export, generate reports, and manage user permissions.

Skills required:

Client Interaction, MS-Excel, ERP Implementation and Deployment, Effective Communication, Data Cleaning, Pivot Table, VLOOKUP and User flows

Other Requirements:

1. Good knowledge of ERPNext or Frappe Framework (admin or implementation side).

2. Ability to customize DocTypes, fields, and workflows

3. Basic understanding of roles, permissions, masters & transactions in the system.

4. Good communication skills to interact with users and understand their functional needs.

5. Minimum 1.5 years of experience in ERPNext (implementation and support)

6. Excel Operation (data cleaning, vlookup, pivot, import templates, etc.)
