Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate the best automation and AI tools suitable for various departments, including sales, marketing, and support
- Implement and manage CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, and Pipedrive to streamline customer relationships and lead management
- Deploy and maintain proposal generation tools like PandaDoc and Better Proposals
- Implement one-page and no-code website building tools, including Carrd and Webflow
- Set up and integrate AI chatbots on websites using platforms such as Tidio, Chatbase, and Intercom
- Enhance UI/UX through tools like Hotjar, Crazy Egg, and AI-based web improvement platforms
- Use automation platforms such as Zapier and Make/Integromat to connect apps and automate workflows
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and ensure smooth tool adoption
- Troubleshoot issues and train staff on how to use the new tools effectively
- Possess in-depth knowledge of SaaS and no-code tools
- Demonstrate experience in tool integration and automation workflows
- Have a basic understanding of APIs and webhooks
- Show strong problem-solving and implementation skills
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with efficiency
- Communicate effectively and possess strong training skills
- Hold a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Possess certification in automation tools or platforms as a plus
- Have prior experience in a similar implementation-focused role
