IT Administrator & Social Media Executive

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy professional to manage our IT infrastructure and support our digital presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of IT systems while also handling day-to-day operations on social media platforms to boost our online visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:IT Administrative Tasks:

• Manage and maintain office hardware and software (computers, printers, networks).
• Provide first-level tech support to staff for IT-related issues.
• Ensure data backups and cybersecurity protocols are in place.
• Install and update software and operating systems.
• Manage email accounts, user access, and other digital tools.
• Maintain an inventory of IT assets and licenses.

Social Media Handling:

• Plan and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, etc.).
• Monitor social media trends, analytics, and audience engagement.
• Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate with graphic designers or use basic design tools (like Canva) to create visuals.
• Run basic ad campaigns and track their performance.
• Manage company website .

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in IT support and/or system administration.
• Hands-on experience managing social media platforms.
• Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Photoshop) and scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of website CMS like WordPress.
• Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram Insights.
• Basic video editing skills are a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
