Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy IT Administrator to support the CEO in managing and optimizing digital tools, systems, and communications. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise and administrative acumen, ensuring seamless IT operations for the CEO while maintaining confidentiality, speed, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
IT Support & System Administration:
u Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related issues faced by the CEO.
u Ensure smooth functioning of all digital devices (laptop, tablet, phone) and software used by the CEO.
u Maintain data security, backup protocols, and privacy standards for sensitive executive-level information.
u Set up and troubleshoot video conferencing systems, secure remote access, and cloud platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, etc.).
Executive Tech Enablement:
u Automate workflows and dashboards for the CEO using tools like Power BI, Excel Macros, or low-code platforms.
u Provide tech-enabled calendar, email, and meeting support.
u Research and deploy productivity-enhancing apps and digital systems.
u Ensure seamless integration of IT tools across departments used by the CEO.
Project Coordination & Reporting:
u Assist in compiling technical and project reports, presentations, and IT-related insights for board meetings.
u Act as a liaison between the CEO and IT/ERP teams for digital transformation projects.
u Manage IT assets allocated to the CEO’s office.
Cybersecurity & Compliance:
u Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols.
u Ensure compliance with internal data policies and relevant regulations.
u Conduct regular IT audits for the CEO’s office systems.
Requirements:
u Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
u 3–5 years of experience in IT support or system administration, preferably with executive support exposure.
u Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS, networking, cloud systems, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
u Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
u High level of discretion and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications:
u Experience with ERP systems, Power BI, or executive dashboards.
u Familiarity with startup or high-pressure corporate environments.
Ability to manage tech vendors and service contracts.
