IT Analyst

Overview

1. Understanding Business Needs:

• Gathering Requirements:Working with various departments (sales, marketing, merchandising, etc.) to understand their needs and challenges related to IT systems.
• Documenting Processes:Creating detailed documentation of current business processes and workflows, identifying bottlenecks and areas for optimization.
• Analyzing Data:Analyzing data from various sources (sales reports, customer data, inventory data, etc.) to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

2. Recommending IT Solutions:

• Proposing Solutions:Developing and presenting recommendations for IT solutions that address business needs, such as new software, system upgrades, or process automation.
• Evaluating Options:Evaluating different technology solutions based on factors like cost, functionality, and integration with existing systems.
• Developing Business Cases:Creating business cases to justify the investment in new IT solutions, demonstrating potential ROI and other benefits.

3. Supporting Implementation and Maintenance:

• Project Management:Assisting with the implementation of new IT systems, including project planning, testing, and user training.
• System Support:Providing ongoing support for existing IT systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operation.
• Training:Developing and delivering training materials to users on new and existing IT systems.

4. Staying Up-to-Date:

• Industry Trends:Keeping abreast of the latest technology trends in the fashion industry and evaluating their potential impact on the business.
• Best Practices:Staying informed about best practices in IT analysis and business process management.

Pay: ₹437,417.61 - ₹1,097,977.26 per year
