- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Industry-recognized certifications in business systems.
- Experience with ERP systems and business process automation.
- Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools.
- Project management skills and the ability to lead system implementation initiatives.
