About Us:

Amster Immigration is a leading consultancy in global immigration, education, and workforce solutions. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Analyst to support our operations and enhance our technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze system and process requirements to improve operational efficiency

Manage and troubleshoot hardware/software issues across the company

Maintain and support internal databases, CRM tools, and cloud systems

Collaborate with departments to streamline IT workflows

Ensure data security, backups, and user access control

Prepare reports and documentation for system improvements

Coordinate with vendors for IT purchases and support

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role

Strong understanding of systems analysis, troubleshooting, and IT support

Familiarity with CRM tools, cloud platforms, and data privacy standards

Good communication and documentation skills
