Job description
o Prepare daily attendance for all site and mail to corporate office.
o Prepare DCR (Daily Call Report) for all site and mail to corporate office.
o Engineer shift roster has to make based on call / project requirement and engineer training.
o Assign floor to engineers.
o Assign, Monitor and complete H/W call tickets, mail tickets and oral requests.
o Verify and close completed H/W call tickets and mail tickets. (Sometimes we have requested to do telephone verification).
o Provide technical support to engineers.
o Daily Repeat call reports to be prepare.
o Daily more than one hour call report to be prepared.
o Project planning and follow up until complete.
o Prepare monthly-consolidated report.
o Prepare monthly review meeting PPT.
o Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required.
o User’s entry & Exit Process.
o MS Office Knowledge (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
o Responsible for Service Desk Call Flow Management.
o People management.
o Responsible for Asset Management
o Responsible for Service Desk Call Flow Management.
o Must have good communication in English, Tamil & optional Hindi
o Prepare MIS Reports.
o New deliverables may be added based on client requirement.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
